Refund Policy

We operate on a performance-first model. Here's exactly how payments, cancellations, and disputes are handled — no fine print, no surprises.

01 Overview

Socialmetaminds is a performance marketing agency based in Navi Mumbai, offering paid advertising, performance content, and conversion funnel services to real estate firms, salons, cafés, gyms, and premium local businesses across Kharghar, Belapur, Vashi, and surrounding areas.

Our engagement model is built around results — and this policy reflects that. Please read it carefully before onboarding with us.

02 No Refund After Service Initiation

Once a project or campaign has been initiated — including but not limited to strategy development, ad account setup, creative production, or campaign launch — no refunds will be issued on the retainer or service fees paid.

Why? Our team invests significant time, resources, and expertise from day one. Strategy, research, creative, and ad setup are non-recoverable deliverables — even if the campaign hasn't gone fully live.

By signing our engagement agreement and making an initial payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

03 Retainer-Based Model Clarity

Most of our engagements operate on a monthly retainer that covers:

  • Ad account management (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads)
  • Performance content production (scripts, creatives, video edits)
  • Funnel setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Strategic consulting and performance reviews

The retainer is billed monthly in advance. Payments once processed are non-refundable for the active billing period.

Ad spend (the budget used directly on Meta or Google platforms) is separate from our retainer fee and is managed by the client directly through their ad accounts. Socialmetaminds does not hold or control client ad budgets.

04 Scope-Based Refund Conditions

A partial or full refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Socialmetaminds fails to deliver the services explicitly agreed upon in the signed scope of work — and the client raises a formal dispute within 7 days of the missed delivery.
  • A technical error on our side results in a duplicate or incorrect payment, confirmed in writing.
  • The project is cancelled by Socialmetaminds before any work commences.

Dissatisfaction with ad performance, lead quality, or results — in isolation — does not constitute grounds for a refund. Digital marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, audience behavior, offer quality, and multiple variables outside our sole control.

05 Cancellation Terms

Clients may cancel their engagement with Socialmetaminds at any time by providing a written notice of 15 days before the next billing date.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@socialmetaminds.com
  • Work will continue through the end of the current billing period — no mid-cycle cancellations or pro-rated refunds will be processed
  • All assets, reports, and creative files owned by the client will be handed over within 7 business days of the final billing period
  • Ad accounts remain the property of the client — we will simply remove our access upon exit

06 Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or have a concern regarding this policy, we encourage you to reach out before escalating.

All disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. In the event of an unresolved dispute, it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Socialmetaminds reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
